Abstract: Applying the greycorrelativedegree to dynamic analysis of the income of Heilongjiang Province, the correlative trees of income of the countryside in 1985～1993 and 1985～1995　were obtained respectively. By comparison with the two trees， the following conclusions were drawn: The first industry（Agriculture） is the main income of the countryside, the next is the tertiary (Communication, Commodity Circulation and Meal Treatment) and the second industry (Rural Industry and Construction). The industrial structure having been readjusted in the past few years, the income of the countryside by the tertiary and the second industry increased very quickly. Other wise， plantation is the main income source in the first industry; in the second industry, rural industry is the main income source and is developing quickly; in the tertiary, each subindustry develops in balance. Owing to readjusting rural industrial structure in past few years, the rural industry structure tended to be rational． The development made a solid foundation for developing rural industry in Heilongjiang Province.
