导苗管式栽植机的试验研究(Ⅲ)——导苗管式栽植机的改进设计与试验

    • 摘要: 介绍了导苗管式栽植机改进部分的结构和整机形式,提出并阐述了栅条式扶苗器的基本要求、基本结构和工作原理,给出了栅条式扶苗器的设计计算方法。试验结果表明,导苗管式栽植机设置扶苗装置是稳定和提高栽植性能的技术关键,大大加强了栽植机对土壤和秧苗条件随机变化的适应性,使秧苗直立度合格率达到100%,优良率达到87.3%,从而减小了栽植质量对工作部件调整的依赖性,方便了机具的使用。

       

      Abstract: The new structure of the transplanter with chute was described. The basic requirements of the seedling aid springs performance were put forward. The fundamental structure and working principle of the device with seedling aid springs were analysed. The designing method was summed up. The test results show that the transplanter with seedling aid springs is always able to guarantee the stability of planted seedlings and the wonderful performance of planting, to increase the adaptability to random fluctuation of soil and seedlings, and to make the rate of good and excellent planted seedlings 100% and 87.3 % respectively(verticality over 30° and 70°). Thus, this machine can reduce the dependence of planting quality on the adjustment of working parts, and provide the convenience for the transplanter users.
