    Testing Study of Start Control Quality of Automated Mechanical Transmission

    • 摘要: 电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)车辆的起步控制是其产品化的关键技术。文中根据熟练驾驶员的起步操纵过程,系统地分析了各阶段特点对起步品质评价指标的影响,通过实验找出AMT车辆在起步过程中存在的主要问题并分析其原因,从而改进控制策略,以动力传力系统联合控制,提高了起步控制品质。

       

      Abstract: Start control of Automated Mechanical Transmission (AMT) is an important technique for manufacture. According to the process procedures that are operated by skilled drivers in the start up of automobile, the effect of every procedure in start up of the vehicle has been analyzed systematically. The problems happened in start process were found out by the testing, and the sources of the problems were analyzed, finally the strategy for improving the start control quality was given in this paper.
