小型二冲程汽油机排气系统气体流动的数值模拟

    Numerical Modeling on Exhaust Systemof Small TwoStroke Petrol Engine

    • 摘要: 针对15A型二冲程汽油机排气系统的流动过程进行了模拟计算,对计算中某些边界条件的计算方法进行了探讨。计算结果与实测排气压力波基本吻合。表明该计算方法和微机计算程序,可用于指导小型二冲程汽油机排气系统设计,改善发动机的性能。该程序还可用于分析发动机的结构参数和运转参数对排气压力波的影响,以预测发动机的性能。

       

      Abstract: The characteristic method was used in simulating computation of nonsteady gas flow process in the exhaust system of model 15A petrol engine. Some boundary conditions were discussed and improving suggestions were proposed. The computed results are in good agreement with the measured values. It shows this calculating method and computer program can be used for designing of exhaust system of small twostroke petrol engine. Furthermore, this program can be used for analyzing the effect of parameters on exhaust pressure wave and predicting engine performances.
