    Researches in a High Frequency SplitZerovector PWM Inverter IM Drive System for Agricultural Pump or Fan

    • 摘要: 为了在农村泵与风机中实行节电,采用了高频劈零矢量脉宽调制(PWM)变频器,激励一台220kW鼠笼式异步电动机,通过拖动一台风机所做的数字仿真和性能试验,带载转矩脉动很小,运行平稳,电机损耗较小,效率较高。说明了该PWM技术用于风机水泵调速中的可行性和经济性。

       

      Abstract: To reduce the power consuption, an advanced method of regulating speed for agricultural pump and wind machine was proposed. This method was based on the splitzerovector PWM inverter that was used in the testing system. By means of digital simulation and performance experiments using a 220 kW threephase squirral cage induction motor installed on a 192 kW fan, the availability and economy of this system were verified.
