    小型高效网状生物转盘污水处理设备的研制

    Design and Experiment of Small High Efficient Net Rotating Biological Contactor for Waste Water Treatment

    • 摘要: 针对现有污水处理设备生物转盘盘片材料存在的比表面积小、挂膜性能差、处理效率低等缺点,提出并试验了一种新型的盘片材料——纸质叠层波纹体。以此种材料为盘片研制出了OSZ1224型网状生物转盘污水处理设备,经试验研究表明该设备耗能仅0.246kW、处理效率达1.25m/h、具有占地面积小等优点,适宜于处理各种有机污水。

       

      Abstract: Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC) is practical equipment for waste water treatment. Owing to the defects of disk material of conventional RBC, such as lower specific surface area,lower speed of growing biofilm and lower efficiency, a new type of disk material of paper cross flow was selected. The OSZ1224 NetRotating Biological Contactor was developed with the disk material of paper cross flow. The equipment has many advantages, such as higher efficiency with 1.25m/h of waste water treatment, lower energy consumption. It is suitable for the treatment of any kind of organic waste water.
