Abstract: This paper introduced the characteristics of the flow chart of 6DZ1000 beltpress. The factors affecting main performance of 6DZ1000 beltpress were analyzed and defined. The relations between tension of belt, diameter of press roller and pressure were analyzed. The calculation methods of some parameters，such as the speed of belt, series of press, tension of belt, diameter of the smallest press roller were given. Through testing the gradient of pressure was defined.
