Abstract:
The county enterprises in agriculture machine system are in low benefit. The general level of their products is not suitable for the developing market. The root cause is rigidity of operation, outmoded concept of their runers and backward management. To change the passive situation, it is necessary to persist in integration of reformation and improvement of management, and to speed up the asset reorganization, with principal of three favourables from reality. The main patterns of asset reorganization are followed: joint stock coop, limited corporation, lease, asset contracting, selling, merger, grouping, separation and improvement, “grafting”to foreign capital, bankruptcy, etc. At the same time, there are also four important works: to select and train managers, to research and fomulate enterprise operation strategy, to perfect and implement rules and regulations, to progress in technology.
