Abstract: After several year’s practices, a way to promote the development of the education， science and technology research mutually was sought. To engage in scientific and technical development activities the college was consistently regarded as the basic organizational and administrative system． The assets of college were made good utilization and the technical powers were well organized. Policies were adjusted to encourage teachers to go out of campus and to serve for the agricultural practices. In recent years, teaching conditions were obviously improved, the total amount and fund of scientific research projects were increased rapidly, and the life treatments of faculty were improved. Meanwhile, the spirits of unity, cooperation and condensation were greatly strengthened, and a beneficialcycle schooling way was found out. 
