    积极探索产学研一体化的办学新模式

    • 摘要: 通过多年实践,探索出一条科技开发、教学和科研互相促进、共同发展的道路,在发展中始终坚持以学院为基本建制从事科技开发活动,调整政策、鼓励教师走出校门,与农业生产实际相结合,充分利用学院的无形资产、技术力量,从事科技开发和各种创收活动,为学院增加了效益。随之教学条件不断改善;科研项目总数和经费急骤增加;职工的生活待遇有较大提高,并争取到硕士点、博士点、省重点扶持学科和“211”立项,学院的“团队”精神和凝聚力大大加强,走出了一条“产学研”相结合的良性循环办学道路。

       

      Abstract: After several year’s practices, a way to promote the development of the education, science and technology research mutually was sought. To engage in scientific and technical development activities the college was consistently regarded as the basic organizational and administrative system. The assets of college were made good utilization and the technical powers were well organized. Policies were adjusted to encourage teachers to go out of campus and to serve for the agricultural practices. In recent years, teaching conditions were obviously improved, the total amount and fund of scientific research projects were increased rapidly, and the life treatments of faculty were improved. Meanwhile, the spirits of unity, cooperation and condensation were greatly strengthened, and a beneficialcycle schooling way was found out. 
