Abstract:
The load of loader’s front frame is very complicated during loader’s work. This paper employed the finite element method of dynamic problems as well as the theoretical and numerical solutions of mode superposition method and direct integration method to analyze the motion characteristics of the equipment. The working process of ZL30 loader’s front frame was divided into two typical operating modes, the mechanical models were derived by using half structure method. According to the structural dynamic analysis and the motion analysis of loader’s working equipment, the stress curve of the front frame was gained.
