    Study on Software of Vibration Diagnosis forReciprocating Machine

    • 摘要: 研究了一套振动诊断系统软件,可用于往复机械的故障诊断。此软件系统分为两部分,分别放置在诊断仪和PC机中,诊断仪软件完成数据采集、预处理、特征提取、神经网络分类和系统决策功能,PC机主要完成神经网络训练和对信息的存储与交换。系统以主成份回归模型为特征提取器,用神经网络模型作分类器,是一种基于模式识别的故障诊断方法,减少了诊断过程中人为因素的影响,故而诊断的准确性、智能化水平及自动化程度都得到了提高。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces a vibration diagnostic system for reciprocating machine. Its main function is not only to monitor operation state but also to diagnose fault for reciprocating machine. The software system consists of two parts, one is in the diagnostic machine and the other is in the PC computer. It can perform diagnosis on spot, realize selflearning and can adapt to many types of machine. It takes main factor regressive model as character extractor and ANN model as classifier. With the combination of the two technologies, the system can perform data sampling, signal analyzing, character extracting and fault recognizing automatically. It can reduces the artificial factors in the diagnosing process, so the accuracy of the diagnosis and the level of intelligence and automation is raised.
