    Application of Uniform Design to Engine Experiment

    • 摘要: 介绍了均匀设计试验法在内燃机试验中的应用。用均匀设计表安排了小型直喷柴油机供油系统中启喷压力和油嘴伸出量对性能影响的试验,经回归分析得到了最佳的试验结果。用单因素试验法证明了均匀设计方法的正确性,表明均匀设计试验法是安排多水平试验的良好方法,在内燃机中应用是完全可行的。

       

      Abstract: The uniform distribution and experimental design(U-D design) was applied in internal combustion engine. The experiments for the parameters of fuel injection systeminitial injection pressure and nozzle reach which are influencing the performance were carried out. The better matching schemes were gotten by regression analyzing. The single factor experiments showed that U-D design is satisfactory for engine experiment. U-D Design is a good way for multilevel experiments.
