    Study on Thermal Insulation Covering Materials ofHoneycomb Plastic Sheet

    • 摘要: 总结了现行日光温室夜间使用的外保温覆盖材料种类,针对传统保温材料存在的问题,提出采用蜂窝塑膜作为日光温室的一种保温覆盖材料。覆盖层总传热系数的理论计算表明,铝箔蜂窝结构(AHPS)覆盖层传热系数比无铝箔蜂窝结构(HPS)覆盖层下降35%~70%,并且铝箔朝上放置比铝箔朝下放置时传热系数小10%。选用PEAHPS覆盖层可比相应的PVCAHPS覆盖层传热系数小10%~25%。

       

      Abstract: Different kinds of thermal insulation materials used in solar greenhouses were summarized. In accordance with the present problems of traditional thermal insulation materials, honeycomb plastic sheet was proposed to be a new type covering of solar greenhouses. The theoretical calculation of the heat transfer coefficient (U) of the covering sheets showed that the U of aluminized honeycomb plastic sheet (AHPS) was 35 %~70 % lower than that of honeycomb plastic sheet (HPS). The U was 10 % lower when aluminium foil faced upwards than downwards. PE AHPS was better than PVC AHPS when isolation was concerned.
