Abstract:
The reasons producing errors in the autoweighting system with a kernel of microcontroller were analyzed. Some measures for correcting the errors, such as zero test of continuous tracing, data filter, and software countermeasures were investigated and adopted. The software correcting was utilized in a DSCZ-4 Autoweighting. The test results showed that the total system has a realizable and stable operation. In the condition of weighting 1500 g it may weigh over 12 times per minute and its precision is up to 0.2 grade.
