    • 摘要: 对农产品加工的作用与地位，国内外农产品加工现状，以及我国农产品加工目前存在的主要问题进行了论述和分析。在此基础上，提出了我国农产品加工发展趋势、重点领域和相应的发展对策。

       

      Abstract: This paper analysed the current situation and major problems existed in processing of agricultural products in China. The developing trend, major domain and some strategical proposals about processing of agricultural products in our country were proposed.
