    白酒糟振打分离工艺探讨

    Research on the VibrationSeparation Technology of Distiller

    • 摘要: 白酒糟粗纤维过高,使其在配合饲料中的使用量受到很大限制。该文提出了一种降低白酒糟粗纤维含量的新工艺。用拆去筛底的锤片式粉碎机振打干燥后的白酒糟,再用振动筛筛分。探讨了振打分离工艺的作用机理,并与揉搓分离工艺机理进行了对比分析;介绍了振打分离工艺的有关试验和测试结果。

       

      Abstract: The utilization of distiller is confined greatly in the formula feed because of its high rough fibre. This paper expounded a new technology, which can effectively reduce the content of rough fibre. According to this technology, the dehydrated distiller firstly was vibrated and striked with hammer mill without screen and then sifted by vibrating screen. The action mechanism of vibrationseparation was probed and compared with the rubbing. Some of the related experiments results were also introduced.
