    Research on Increasing Unstripped Germ Rate of White Rice

    • 摘要: 为提高精米的留胚率,从结构参数和工艺参数两方面进行了大量试验,分析了碾白次数,碾辊转速,碾辊结构,筛面形式,筛框,刷米铁辊,糙米含水率等14项因素对留胚率和米的质量的影响,得到了小型立式研削式胚芽精米机的优化结构参数和碾白工艺参数,为新型立式研削式胚芽精米机的开发提供了依据。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of numerous experiments, the influences of fourteen factors, such as the roller structure, rotation sieve frame, brush roller, moisture content of blown rice, and the times of whitening, on the rate of unstripped germ of white rice and rice quality were examined. The optimal parameters of an abrasive whitener and whitening procedure were obtained, thus the basis for exploiting new type whitener was provided.
