小麦胚芽油的超临界CO₂萃取-精馏的试验研究

摘要: 设计了超临界ＣＯ₂萃取－精馏系统和超临界ＣＯ₂止逆分布器，并在该系统上进行了小麦胚芽油的萃取－精馏试验研究。研究结果表明，超临界ＣＯ₂萃取－精馏比单纯的超临界ＣＯ₂萃取操作对小麦胚芽油中维生素Ｅ的浓缩、色素及胶质的脱除效果更显著。

Abstract: A system of supercritical CO₂ extractiondistillation and a unit of preventing CO₂ from back flow and distributing CO₂ were designed. Experiment on extractiondistillation of wheat germ oil was carried out in this system. The results indicated that effect of supercritical CO₂ extractiondistillation on concentration of V_E and remove of pigment and gum of wheat germ oil is more obvious than supercritical CO₂ extraction.
