    小麦胚芽油的超临界CO2萃取-精馏的试验研究

    Experiment on ExtractionDistillation of Wheat Germ Oil With Supercritical CO2

    • 摘要: 设计了超临界CO2萃取-精馏系统和超临界CO2止逆分布器,并在该系统上进行了小麦胚芽油的萃取-精馏试验研究。研究结果表明,超临界CO2萃取-精馏比单纯的超临界CO2萃取操作对小麦胚芽油中维生素E的浓缩、色素及胶质的脱除效果更显著。

       

      Abstract: A system of supercritical CO2 extractiondistillation and a unit of preventing CO2 from back flow and distributing CO2 were designed. Experiment on extractiondistillation of wheat germ oil was carried out in this system. The results indicated that effect of supercritical CO2 extractiondistillation on concentration of VE and remove of pigment and gum of wheat germ oil is more obvious than supercritical CO2 extraction.
