加大耕深型正转旋耕机研究设计初探

    • 摘要: 为满足市场需求,研究开发加大耕深型正转旋耕机,综合运用现行土壤机器动力学和旋耕机设计理论及经验,采用适当加大刀滚直径、降低刀滚转速、设计非标准弯刀、增加刀滚每一切土小区圆周内刀片排列数、减缓机组前进速度、附加牵引切土部件、利用土壤适耕状态等专门措施,并采用增强机械传动系统、增大机架强度刚性的共性措施于设计、制造和使用环节,达到机组合理配套、控制负荷和功耗、保持机组功率平衡、实现目标耕深、满足农艺要求的效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the demand of the market, the deepening type of rotary tiller was researched and developed by synthetically applying present theory of the terramechnics and design experiences of rotary tiller, including the adoption of suitable bigger diameter and slower running of the rotor, design of unstandard blade, number increase of blades in the circuity of the rotor, reduction of advancing speed of the unit, addition of trailed soil cutting parts, and utilization of fitting state of soil for tillage etc.. Those were special measures. Besides, additional general measures were taken to strengthen transmission system, increase strength and rigidity of the frame. Those measures were taken on links of design and manufacture to achieve good results, such as a complete set to control load and power expense to keep power balance of the unit, to realize predetermined working depth, and to satisfy agronomy requirements.
