小型四轮拖拉机旱田驱动叶轮的研究

    Study on the VaneWheel of Small Wheeled Tractor for Dryland

    • 摘要: 根据小型四轮拖拉机结构参数和其在旱地作业的状态进行了旱地驱动叶轮的设计,建立了轮缘外径、轮叶齿数、轮叶齿端曲线等方程,据此确定了泰山-12拖拉机旱地驱动叶轮主要参数,与胶轮进行性能对比,未耕地和已耕地作业时最大牵引功率分别提高25.4%和15.3%,最大牵引力分别提高37.5%和24%,齿形夹角150°的驱动叶轮较轮叶夹角120°的驱动叶轮最大牵引力提高24%。

       

      Abstract: The slip rate of rubbertired tractor is high and the adhension is low when smallwheeled tractor working in dryland, which affects exerting power. Based on the structure parameter of smallwheeled tractor and soil conditions, the parameter equations of the vanewheel were set up,such as external diameter, the number of wheelvane and curvilinear equation.Therefore, the principal parameters of vanewheel for Taishan12 tractor were determined. Compared with the functions of rubber tire working in fields, when a tractor works in raw land and ploughed land, the maxmum drawing power of vanewheel increases by 25.3 % and 15.3 % respectively, and the maxmum drawing force increases by 37.5 % and 24 % respectively.Compared with the 120°angle of vane,the maxmum drawing force of the 150°angle of vane increases by 24 %.
