机械化制营养钵工艺的研究

    • 摘要: 根据棉花、玉米机械化育苗、移栽的需要,提出了一种新的制钵工艺方案:覆土——打种坑——播种——压实成型——投出。该工艺制钵具有投资少,效率高且适于机械化制钵、育苗和移栽等特点。同时还对苗钵的尺寸、制钵材料及配比和钵体强度进行了试验研究,提出了既满足棉花、玉米种植农艺要求,又适合机械化操作的最佳数值。采用该工艺制作的营养钵在田间试验中获得了良好的育苗移栽效果

       

      Abstract: According to the needs of mechanically growing and transplanting seedlings of cotton and corn, a new technology, which comprises filling up soil, punching holes, sowing seeds, shaping and extracting, was presented to make nutritive bowl. The size, material, composition and intensity of bowl was researched, and their reasonable values were given. A good result was been achieved on bowl by the field experiments of growing and transplanting seedlings.
