苹果、桃等农副产品品质检测与分级图像处理系统的研究

    Image Processing System for Detecting and Grading Apple, Peach and Other Agricultural Products

    • 摘要: 通过建立图像数据采集与分析系统及相关的农副产品图像数据库,实现对农副产品品质(表面颜色、形状、缺陷)的准确分级。使用该系统,对100个富士苹果进行质量分级,检测优等果准确率达到96%。对其它农副产品也可以通过建立其样本图像数据库,进行多种信息的综合分析与判断,实现对不同农产品品质的检测与分级。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, computer image processing and artificial neural networks were used in detecting and grading system of agricultural products such as apple, peach and eggs. It can detect and grade agricultural products accurately according to color, shape, size and defect by image acquisition and analysis system and corresponding feature database. Using the system, the accuracy rate of grading 100 Fushi Apples according to their quality reached 96 %. By developing corresponding feature database, the system can be applied into other agricultural products.
