Abstract: In view of the six characteristics of rural economyin the world today a discussion about how to ensuring the sustainable development of rural economy was carried out which includes: the high efficiency and moderate amount of agricultural production, adjusting the agricultural structure, developing superior industries, setting up privileged bases for producing agricultural raw materials by merchants of at home and abroad, organizing the farm industry federations, normalizing the markets, perfecting the support systems of the farm production and checking on the leading cadres of villages and towns.
