Abstract:
The inandout flow passages on Yanguan Xiahe pump station in Zhejiang Province were numerically simulated and calculated with k-ε turbulence model. Based on the pump type experimental research of axial flow pump device model, it was found that the pump type selection of pump station was rational, and this model was characterized by large discharge, wide range of high efficiency, high device efficiency and stable operation. It has been used to the development of pump station successfully and can be used for reference to the design of other pumps.
