    浙江盐官下河泵站轴流泵装置模型的研究

    Research on Device Model of Axial Flow Pump on Yanguan Xiahe Pump Station in Zhejiang Province

    • 摘要: 采用k-ε紊流模型数值模拟和计算了浙江盐官下河泵站的进、出水流道,并对该装置模型进行了试验研究。结果表明:该泵站机型选择合理,过流量大,高效范围广,装置效率高,运行平稳。该成果已成功应用于该泵站的建设,还可为其它同类型工程的设计提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The inandout flow passages on Yanguan Xiahe pump station in Zhejiang Province were numerically simulated and calculated with k-ε turbulence model. Based on the pump type experimental research of axial flow pump device model, it was found that the pump type selection of pump station was rational, and this model was characterized by large discharge, wide range of high efficiency, high device efficiency and stable operation. It has been used to the development of pump station successfully and can be used for reference to the design of other pumps.
