龙眼鲜果剥壳脱核机的试验研究

Experimental Research on Decorticating and Pitting Machine of Fresh Longan

摘要: 介绍最新研制的龙眼鲜果剥壳脱核机的结构和性能特点，对其剥壳、脱核的工作过程进行了分析。通过试验找出了影响剥壳脱核机剥壳性能和脱核性能的主要因素，提出了其剥壳装置、脱核装置的滚筒最佳凸齿规格及最佳线速度。

Abstract: The structures and performances of the decorticating and pitting machine of fresh longan was introduced. The working process of the decorticating device and pitting device in this machine were analyzed.The main factors affecting the decorticating and pitting performances of this machine were determined. The optimal shapes of the bulging teeth and the optimal speed of the cylinders were pointed out.
