Abstract: According to the common rule and method of programming and design on agricultural products processing projects, the experience and realization of the programming and design of seed processing center were summarized and analyzed combined with the characteristics and requirement of seed processing. The fundamental principles, main contents, methods and approaches were discussed and put forward. The suggestions for solving problems were proposed.
