Abstract: In this paper, the compression equations for irregular shape materials of soybean and wheat grain, and a new “Z” transformation method for the stress relaxation parameters identification were put forward. A test study on mechanical rheological properties of soybean and wheat grain of different varieties grown in Northeast China was carried out. Their property data and factors were obtained.
