冷却泵站节能控制系统的研究试验

    Test Study on Energy Saving Control System of Cooling Pump Station

    • 摘要: 系统采用电子控制技术,在节能降耗的基础上对泵站进行有效的自动化管理,以提高泵站的综合经济效益。系统采用可编程控制器作为主控器,以冷却水的温度作为反馈信号,组成一个由水温反馈的实时调节水泵流量的智能化管理系统,达到节能和自动控制双重目的。

       

      Abstract: For the improvement of composite economic results of pump station, electronic control technique was adopted and the automated management was carried out in this system, in order to save energy and cut down consumption. In this system with the programmable logic controller used as a master controller, the temperature of the cooling water as feedback signal, an intelligence management system was formed with real time regulating pump flow reflected by the water temperature, for the dual purposes of energy saving and automatic control.
