Abstract:
Lentinus edodes is kept in dried state, but the quality of lentinus edodes is affected by equipment. Only one heating sources is used for drying lentinus edodes, the temperature is controlled by hand in drying process and the place of lentinus edodes must be changed for a homogeneous product of lentinus edodes nowadays. So the drying process is a longer drying time, higher energy consumption and greater cost. For solving this problem, a prototype of drier was designed, which used more than one kind of heating sources and semi automatic controlling temperature and the disk with lentinus edodes rotated during drying process. The prototype attained the goal of design through drying production of lentinus edodes.
