农业生物材料有效组分萃取分离扩散模式判别及试验研究

    Determination of Diffusion Pattern in Extracting Active Principle From Agricultural Bio materials

    • 摘要: 通过对农业生物材料有效组分萃取分离过程扩散模式的数学模型分析,得出体系的萃取速率与相界面积和搅拌强度有关的理论判据。据此,设计成孔板式萃取器。利用孔板式萃取器进行农业生物材料有效组分萃取过程扩散模式的判别研究。试验结果可为工业规模的萃取工艺制定、萃取剂选择、萃取设备设计提供依据。

       

      Abstract: Through the analysis of mathematical model in extracting active principle from agricultural bio materials, it was proved that the extraction velocity of extraction system was related to phase areas and agitating intensity. According to this, an aperture plate extractor was designed which can be used to determine the diffusion pattern in extracting active principle from agricultural bio materials. The experimental results can provide scientific basis for establishing extraction technology, selecting extraction solvent and designing extraction equipment on industrial scales.
