Abstract: New double tooth roller crusher, which possesses much distinctive advantage, is a new equipment. In order to supply reasonable and reliable theoretical foundation for the design and serial development of new double tooth roller crusher, the method to calculate its output was studied in this paper. The formula to calculate output, which is suitable for this kind of crusher, was deduced. The experimental result in modeling test machine verified that this formula is of general significance for new double tooth roller crushers with different parameters.
