沙棘籽脱壳方法及装置的试验研究

    Experimental Study on the Hulling Method and Device of Seabuckthorn Seeds

    • 摘要: 沙棘籽脱壳困难,采用多种方法研究了沙棘籽脱壳问题,找到了一种简单易行的脱壳方法——平磨法,并设计制造了试验装置,对影响脱壳的试验参数进行了研究,得出了试验规律,找出了参数的最优组合。该装置的脱壳率可达到99.7%,籽仁破碎率在10%以下,最小为2.2%,保证了籽仁的完整,有利于籽壳与籽仁的分离,生产上有应用前景。

       

      Abstract: The oil of seabuckthorn seeds has great drug effect. Now, the seabuckthorn seeds are all broken to extract its oil directly. Cost is added, and the rate of extracting oil is reduced because the shell isn't separated from the seeds. The residue also has great drug effect. But it is only used to be fodder because of the shell. There are no huller and report about the method of hulling in the world. Many methods were used to hull the seabuckthorn seed according to its biological characteristics. And a simple & effective method called fringe grinding was found out. Experimental device was designed and made. The study of the parameter that influences the hulling was proceeded, and an experimental rule was gained. The maxim influence parameters are the diameter of the grinding wheels and the clearance between the grinding wheels, the moisture content also has bigger influence. The optimized parameter combination was gained. The diameter of grinding wheel is 400 mm; the rotation speed 1 000 r/min; the clearance 2.75 mm(grain size 2.8~3.0 mm), 2.55 mm(grain size 2.6~2.8 mm), and so on. The hulling rate is 96.7%, the crashing rate 9.2%(initial moisture content); the hulling rate 97.0%, the crashing rate 2.2%(moisture content: 12.7%). This device can be put into use.
