Abstract: There are many problems in the comprehensive utilization of crop straw and food packaging, which has given rise huge waste of resouces and environment pollutions. One of the ways out is to carry agricultural sustainable development through open comprehensive utilization of crop straw. The technical problems and utilization situation of crops straw were analyzed, and its comprehensive utilization ways and technical innovations were discussed.
