干喷钢砂在电弧喷涂修复曲轴中的应用

    • 摘要: 表面粗化在电弧喷涂中具有重要作用,涂层质量很大程度上取决于表面粗化预处理的效果。应用正交试验法对干喷钢砂工艺参数对喷砂效果和结合强度的影响进行了试验研究,确定了优化的干喷钢砂电喷涂工艺规范。粗糙度测试结果表明,采用优化的工艺规范处理表面,粗化质量符合国家标准要求。发动机台架试验结果表明,优化干喷钢砂电喷涂工艺规范用于修复曲轴是可行的。

       

      Abstract: Surface roughening is very important in arc spraying, as the coating quality depends greatly on its treatment result. By means of the orthogonal test and the variance analysis, the influence of dry blasting steel grit parameters on blasting result and bond strength of arc spraying was conducted. The optimized technology standard was given. The surface roughness obtained by this technology was approached to the Nation Standard of the Peoples Republic of China. The bed test of diesel engine indicated that the optimized dry blasting steel grit and arc spraying technology was feasible to repairing crankshaft.
