农产品加工应重视餐桌主食品
Outlet of Grain Processing Industry Lies in Attaching Importance to Industrialization of Traditional Staple Food

摘要: 我国食物生产近年发生了根本性变化,农产品加工是解决生产局部过剩和推动农村经济发展的重要途径,农产品和粮食加工的主要出路在于餐桌主食。主食工业化应重视传统食品的调查、整理、开发,传统食品不仅需要运用新科技知识来提高,也需要对其文化功能的发掘和发扬。开发适合国情具有中国特色的工业化食品,也是面向加入WTO后农业发展的重要战略Abstract: The agricultural situation of China was analyzed in this paper. It is pointed out that our food production has changed fundamentally in recent years. Agricultural product processing has already been a bottleneck which restricted the agricultural development. The primary outlet of agricultural product and grain processing should lie in dinning table food. And the staple food industrialization should pay more attention to the investigation, arrangement and development of traditional food. Traditional food needs not only enhancement with utilization of new science & technology but also exploration and development of its cultural functions. Developing industrial food which has Chinese characteristics and suits our country situation is also an important agricultural strategy dealing with the affiliation of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
