    球铁、45钢及40Cr基体镀铁工艺最佳活化规范的研究

    Study on Different Metal Activation Standard of Iron Plating Without Anodic Etching and Its Mechanism

    • 摘要: 在其他条件一定的情况下,采用二次旋转正交组合试验设计方法,以活化电流密度、活化时间为因素开展试验,探索球墨铸铁、45钢及40Cr最佳活化规范。通过研究分析了活化电流密度及活化时间对结合强度的影响规律,指出3种材质最佳活化规范差异,并在金相、电镜试验基础上分析了活化机理

       

      Abstract: The article discussed the best activation standard of ductile iron, 45# carbon steel and 40 chromium alloy, adopting the quadratics rotary orthogonal combination experiment design method, taking activation current density and time as two factors when the other circumstance was stable. By analyzing the rule that the activation current density and time influence the adhesion strength, the differences of the best activation standard among the three materials were pointed out. The mechanism of activation was analyzed based on the metalgrophic test and scaning electronmicrograph.
