    Combinatorial Analysis of Management Information System(MIS) Effectiveness Evaluation on Agricultural Mechinery Enterprises

    • 摘要: 管理信息系统(MIS)的建设过程是企业有计划的组织变动过程,其实质是运用信息技术重塑企业,实现组织的“变革”与“创新”。在农机企业这一传统行业里推行MIS是加速管理创新、增强综合竞争力的有效途径。该文对农机行业的重点企业进行MIS建设效果的测度,提出以有效性和有序度这一新的概念的组合,从MIS建设与管理变革协同的角度来测度MIS对农机企业的整体影响效果,并提出了一套组合测度方法,为分析MIS在农机企业中的运用情况和进一步制定合理的改革方案提供依据

       

      Abstract: The construction process of management information system (MIS) is a systematic organization change process of enterprises. Its essence is to apply information technology to reconstructing enterprises to achieve “transformation” and “innovation” of organization. In agricultural machinery enterprises, a traditional industry, carrying out MIS is an effective method to accelerate management innovation and enhance comprehensive competitive ability. This paper evaluated the MIS results of key enterprises in agricultural machinery industry by combining effectiveness and ordering into a new concept, and put forward a combinatorial analysis method. This analysis will provide foundation for analyzing the utilization situation of MIS and further formulating reasonable reform program in agricultural machinery enterprises.
