    • 摘要: 羊绒细度是我国山羊绒出口时商检的一项重要检测指标。该文所研究的检测方法是用图像采集卡获取经显微镜放大了的羊绒图像,对图像进行灰度处理;运用线性回归及智能化方法,将图像的背景污点过滤掉,并且把不规则的羊绒图像转变成规则图像,从而测量出羊绒的直径即细度

       

      Abstract: Measuring diameters of cashmere is an important item for inspective and quarantine sections in exported cashmere.A new measuring method was put forward as follow. After the cashmere being magnified by a microscope,its image taken by a camera was transported to a computer connected with the camera. And then the image was displayed on screen of the computer by a image acquiring adapter in the computer. Firstly, the image (including background)was processed according to color value of their pixels. Secondly,the stains of background were filtrated by linear regression and intellective method. Thirdly, the irregular image was turned into regular image. Finally, caculating diameter of the regular image was conducted.
