Abstract: The LVCD is an equipment for testing vehicle oil economy, power performance, engine exhaust emission appraisal and analysis, reliability and some specific items of vehicle power-train. In order to make great use of the LVCD and to assure the testing correctness, reliability, fastness and convenience, a test and control software system used in LVCD was investigated & manufactured based on national vehicle testing standard in this paper, and was validated by real vehicle testing. This software system made a solid foundation for effectively using LVCD.
