连接梁振动传递特性的试验研究

    Experimental Investigation on Vibration Transmission Property of Joint Beam

    • 摘要: 对多种连接形式的连接梁进行了振动传递特性的试验研究。发现振动传递损失峰值的频率与连接处螺栓至端点的有效长度(悬臂梁)有关,并与这个悬臂梁的固有频率相一致。合理地选择连接处螺栓至端点的长度,可以得到预期的振动传递损失,这对机械的减振降噪具有十分重要的应用价值。

       

      Abstract: The vibration transmission properties of joint beams were investigated by measurement. It was found that the frequency at which the peak of vibration transmission loss appears corresponds to the resonance of the cantilever (the part between the bolt and the edge of the beam at the joint) and is in agreement with the intrinsic frequency of the beam. The vibration transmission loss as high as 30 dB can be achieved at expectant frequency if proper parameters of the cantilever were selected. The conclusion, in practice, might have an important application.
