摘要: 该文通过理论推导,阐述了椭圆齿轮行星系分插机构的传动特性,建立了运动学分析模型和框图。在VB平台上编制了机构参数优化程序,可以方便快捷地按照设计者要求找出一组最佳参数。利用该软件,针对原日本分插机构在中国南方插大苗时,由于插秧后工作轨迹过于前倾,可能推倒秧苗。设计了适合南、北方不同栽植模式的两种分插机构,通过重新优化出的结构参数,对椭圆齿轮行星系、偏心齿轮行星系和曲柄摇杆式三种分插机构性能进行了比较Abstract: The separating planting mechanism with planetary elliptic gears of high performance rice transplanter made in Japan could not meet the agronomic demand in South China. In this paper, the kinematics model of the separating planting mechanism with planetary elliptic gears was established on the basis of the transmission analysis of elliptic gears, and the software for optimizing structure parameters was programmed by means of Visual Basic in order to find out a set of proper parameters easily. According to the different agronomic requirements of South China and North China, with two different planting arms, the separating planting mechanism was optimized and developed. With the help of theoretical model, the performances of three different separating planting mechanisms (with planetary elliptic gears, with planetary eccentric gears and with crank rocker) were compared.
