冬季畜禽舍通风系统热能回收设备的试验研究

    Experiment of Exchanger for Thermal Energy Recovery in the Ventilation System of Livestock House in Winter

    • 摘要: 该文对用于畜禽舍通风系统热能回收的板翅式空气热交换器的传热特性和阻力特性进行了试验研究,得出了该热交换器干工况下显热对流放热系数和干、湿工况下平均摩擦系数等性能参数随工作参数的变化规律,为用于畜禽舍通风系统热能回收的板翅式空气热交换器的设计提供了理论依据

       

      Abstract: The experimental investigations in the characteristics of heat transfer and frictional resistance of the plate fin type air to air heat exchanger for thermal energy recovery in the ventilation system of livestock house, were conducted. All the test results were analyzed. The rule of the performance parameters——the film coefficient of sensible heat transfer for the dry condition and the average frictional coefficient for the dry and the wet condition varying with the working parameters was obtained. The achievements in the research will provide the theoretical basis for designing the plate fin type air to air heat exchanger for thermal energy recovery in the ventilation system of livestock house.
