Abstract: The new technology for fluffy cottonseed's processing and pelleting was invented, therefore fluffy cottonseed can be precisely seeded. The dielectric seed separator was used to process fluffy cottonseed. And a cylinder type pelleter was developed to pellet the cottonseeds. Both the experiment of pelleting technology and the seeding test of pelleting cottonseed showed that the technology is feasible. This study provides a new technology and a set of equipment for cotton mechanization production.
