Abstract: The system was developed with object oriented technology on Windows 98 platform. This system used new type integrated circuit and the interface on the spot had the special protective circuit. It realized unmanned on duty. And the functions of remote measuring, remote signaling, remote control and remote adjustment can connect with functions of diversity devices. Its software, hardware and strong database management function improved the county level's dispatching automation.
