柴油机供油系统中短时间存活汽泡及其特性的研究

    Investigation of Short Living Cavitation and Its Characteristics in Diesel Fuel Injection System

    • 摘要: 利用He-Ne激光器、高速摄影技术及计算机信号采集系统对柴油机供油系统中存在的短时间存活汽泡进行了研究,分析了此时的高压油管压力波特性及其频谱特点。通过对高速摄影胶片的播放分析,可清晰地发现柴油机供油系统中出油阀紧帽腔处汽泡的产生机理并找出此类汽泡的存活时间约2.0~2.5 ms。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, by using He-Ne laser, high-speed camera and signal-collecting system, an investigation of short living cavitation in diesel fuel injection system was made. And the characteristics of pressure wave and pressure wave spectrum were analyzed when short living cavitation appeared in the diesel fuel injection system. By analysis of high-speed camera films, the reason of cavitation's cause in delivery chamber of fuel injection system and time of short living cavitation live were discussed.
