菠萝叶纤维提取与工艺设备的研究

    Research on Pineapple Leaf Fiber Extraction and Processing Equipment

    • 摘要: 介绍了菠萝叶纤维的资源和开发利用情况,进行了刮麻机理、生产工艺和配套设备的试验研究,提出了将菠萝叶在逐步打击和振动的双重作用下使纤维和麻渣分离的原理。用该理论指导研究和设计出的大、小两型机械取纤设备具有良好性能。该理论成果对叶脉纤维的提取研究及生产实践具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduced the resources and developing situations of pineapple leaf fiber, and the experimental research on the fiber extraction mechanism, the production technology and the complete set of processing equipment were conducted. In accordance with the new mechanical extraction principle, namely, after the pineapple leaves were struck and vibrated step by step, the fiber and sediments were seperated, two types of equipment with good performance for fiber mechanical extraction were designed. The principle presented in this paper is of significance to leaf fiber extraction.
