Concept Technology and Working Pattern of Land Consolidation

摘要: 该文在借鉴国外土地整理经验，并结合我国近几年土地整理实践的基础上，阐述了土地整理的涵义，提出了土地整理的运作程序、关键的工程技术和不同经济技术条件下土地整理的运行模式，并阐明了现阶段我国土地整理工程建设的特点。

Abstract: Based on the international experience of land consolidation, and combined with the practice of land consolidation of China in recent years, this paper sets the concept of land consolidation, put forwards the operation programmes and key engineering technology of land consolidation, describes the working pattern of land consolidation under different economic and technique conditions. And finally, the characteristics of five-sort main working patterns of land consolidation engineering construction were expounded at present.
