Difference in Physicochemical Characteristic Changes Between Assortments of Stored Brown Rice

  • 摘要: 研究了香米、黑米、长粒米等12个品种的糙米,用塑料袋密封包装,在30 ℃下储藏3个月,其有关理化学特性的变化情况。结果显示,它们的理化学特性变化具有明显的品种间差异。
    Abstract: This paper investigates the changes of physicochemical characteristic of twelve assortments of brown rice such as fragrant rice, black rice and long grain rice etc, which have been stored with plastic bag wrapped and sealed for three months at the temperature of 30 ℃. The results showed that their physicochemical characteristic changed differently between the assortments of the rice.
