    • 摘要: 采用化学法、物理法、生物法相结合的工艺,从豆渣中提取膳食纤维。其纯度高,吸水膨胀力好,复水后柔软。可作为食物纤维添加到食品中,效果较好。

       

      Abstract: A technology which combines physical,chemical and biological methods was used to produce dietary fiber from the extruded soybean dregs.The product was of high purity,soft and strong absorption of water. It can be used as an additive mixture of dietary fiber.
