Compositional and Micro-structural Changes of Cottonseed Hull Substrate During P. ostreatus Growth and the Effects on Feed Value of the Spent Substrate

  • 摘要: 对棉籽基质在栽培P.ostreatus过程中不同时期的干物质及主要组份含量进行了测定。对其微观结构的变化进行了显微观察。分析了组份与微观结构的变化对菌糠饲用价值的影响。结果表明:与初始料相比,菌糠具有较高的干物质消化率,因而有可能用作反刍动物的饲料。
    Abstract: The dry matters and contents of major compositions of cottonseed hull substrate for P. ostreatus cultivation were tested at different growing stages. The micro-structures of the substrate were observed under scanning electronic microscopy(SEM). Their effects on the feed nutritional values of the spent substrate were investigated. During the whole P. ostreatus growing period, the content of protein, cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, and the micro-structures of the substrate were changed considerably. These contributed to the raising of the dry matter digestibility of the spent substrate, making it possibly acceptable to be used as ruminant feed with improved feed value.
